"Great to work with until you file a claim. Carried a “personal insurance” policy on my wife’s engagement ring for 12 years without issues, the setting broke, asked if repairs would be covered. Claim paid out without issue. Now a year later tried to give them more business by moving homeowners and vehicle coverage over and was declined due to claim for repair on the ring. They are good up until you ask them to provide the services you have been paying for."
